I wanna grow much taller so i start to eat a lot more, but then i start to gain weights. What is a good nutrition that can help me grow taller but still keep me in shape?

    You will grow taller as you mature…with what they call the “grow spurt”.To keep fit…is no big deal….just eat.. MUCH fruit and vegs….and SOME…animal products (dairy food….cheese..etc to prevent aneamia if you do not eat red meat).. if you like SOME fish. and beans if you likeKeep away from sweets…and junk food. However….and I am counting on your discipline here…when the weekend comes along….you can have a small Macdonalds burger and some SMALL FRIES …and a few beers if you like. ..BUT DO NOT OVERDO IT. This is just to break the monotony from the weekly diet

    You are suppose to gain weight when you get taller. Just keep eating healthy. Get all your nutrients and drink 3 glasses of milk a day. Make sure to exersize as well. Muscle is awesome . . .

    Experts feel that the Paleolithic diet have many health benefits and since foods taken are mostly natural they have no side effects. Since milk and dairy products are excluded in this diet it is safe to have some calcium to protect from rickets, osteoporosis, etc.
