I need healthy tips to keep my body from getting fat each day?

Ok—so I’m ina WINTER BREAK VACATION FOR 2 WEEKS and this is my second week–all I do all day is seat,eat,watch tv and play ps2-I mean-I think i need excercise from the outside–I’m always inside the house because I don’t know what I can do outside–and by the way I live in a building apartment–so outside is more like a street for CARS only–so I really need Ideas for excersicing and to make my WINTER BREAK more interesting by going outside—–I really need a work out outside–outside means outside my building–
